Moore's Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
Moore's Habanero Hot Sauce
Moore's Jalapeño Hot Sauce

Dry Rub:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
*Dash of cayenne pepper if you like it extra hot


1. Rub the wings with hot sauce of your choice
2. Rub the wings with the dry rub
3. Place on smoker for about 40 minutes and lightly brush each wing with hot sauce until cooked to an internal temperature of 165F degrees
4. Serve with a side of celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing
