Moore's Turkey Enchiladas

  • ¼ cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup green chilies diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked turkey cubed
  • 12 flour or corn tortillas


  1. Combine Moore's Marinade, soup, sour cream and chilies in a medium pot. 
  2. Heat thoroughly.
  3. Warm tortillas in damp towl in microwave.
  4. Coat a 13X9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Mix cheeses, onion, turkey and 1 cup soup mixture, in a separate bowl.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of cheese/turkey mixture in center of each tortilla.
  7. Then roll tortilla up and place in baking dish
  8. Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
