Moore's Harissa Glazed Sweet Potatoes

1 tsp. granulated garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp. molasses

2 1/2 Tbsp. Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce

1 medium orange

3lbs sweet potatoes

chopped flat leaf parsley (optional)
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Mix the garlic, salt, molasses and Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce. Zest the orange and add it into your mixture.

Juice the orange and whisk the juice into the mixture. Let it sit while you prepare the sweet potatoes.

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/4" thick slices. Try to keep them as uniform as possible to ensure even cooking.

Once you have cut all of your sweet potatoes, add them to a bowl large enough to stir in. Pour the glaze over the sweet potatoes and mix to fully coat all of your potatoes.

Place the coated sweet potatoes on a non-stick baking sheet. Try to keep them from touching one another. Pour any excess glaze over the potatoes.

Roast for 10 minutes and flip. Roast for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Let cool slightly and transfer to a serving plate or bowl. Garnish with chopped flat leaf parsley if desired.
