Tomkins Style Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 1 lb smoked bacon
  • sliced jalapeños
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 lbs uncooked med/large shrimp
  • garlic powder,  to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and rinse shrimp.
  2. Cut bacon into 3" strips.
  3. Wrap one slice of jalapeño and one slice of bacon around each shrimp and place it on the skewer.
  4. Mix Moore's Marinade with garlic powder and water.
  5. Marinade wrapped shrimp skewers for ½ hour.
  6. Cook on grill, turning often.
