Buffalo Chicken and Rice

  • 2 eggs 
  • Pancko Bread crumbs
  • 1 Cup flower
  • Boneless Chicken breast
  • Honey
  • Moore's Buffalo sauce
  • Short Grain rice


  1. Add half a cup of rice to rice cooker and 1 cup water.
  2. Set it to cook brown rice and set it aside.
  3. Add some oil to a frying pan and turn on burner to MEDIUM.
  4. Dunk chicken in the eggs, dunk in flour, dunk in breadcrumbs. 
  5. Place the chicken in the HOT oil and let fry. 
  6. Once the rice and chicken are done plate with the rice first then with chicken laying on top.
  7. Add the Moore's Buffalo sauce and honey over it. This creates a balance of sweet and spicy.
