Blue Cheese Buffalo Crispy Chicken Hash

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp garlic/bbq seasoning
  • 1 Cup pre-cooked chicken and and chicken skin
  • 1 Cup pre-cooked potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup onions
  • 1/4 Cup peppers
  • 1/4 Cup jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro
  • 4 Tbsp Moores Blue Cheese Buffalo wing sauce


  1. Melt butter in a medium hot pan. 
  2. Add in garlic/bbq seasoning to the melted butter to release the seasoning (approximately 1 - 2 minutes). 
  3. Add the chicken, potatoes, and onions. Stir frequently. 
  4. Pan fry chicken and potatoes until golden crispy and caramelized. 
  5. Add in the peppers and cilantro. Pan fry for another 2 minutes. You want the peppers to remain a little crunchy. 
  6. Serve with a fried egg or avocado toast. 
  7. Drizzle on Moore’s Blue Cheese Buffalo.
