Flank Steak 3 Ways
Are you a fan of flank steak? If not, you should be. Whether it is served in sandwiches, fajitas, tacos, stir fry, on a salad or all on its own, juicy and tender flank steak is always delicious. Because it is such a versatile and easy-to-prepare meat, we like to be creative with flank steak flavors and dishes. Check out a few of our favorite flank steak recipes below!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds Flank Steaks
1 cup Moore's Original Marinade
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/4 cups green onions, chopped (6-8) large pieces are ok
1 Serano, Jalapeno or hot chili pepper, cut into large pieces
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 12 oz. bottle of dark beer
Instructions:

Combine Moore's Original Marinade with the next 6 ingredients in a food processor or mixer and mix well.

Place flank steaks in a dish and pour marinade mixture over the meat.

Add bottle of beer and stir to coat meat well.

Marinate for 1 hour or more.

Remove meat from marinade and grill until done (6-8 minutes per side until desired doneness).

Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Make sure to slice flank steak against the grain.

Ingredients: 
2 1/2 lbs. Flank steak (I cut mine into quarters)
Coarse salt - for "sweating"
1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil (You'll need more later for searing the steaks)
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Moore's Original Marinade
Instructions:

Begin with the steaks. Generously sprinkle them with the salt and let them sit until both sides are sweating, about 20-30 minutes each side.

Put the rest of ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth; refrigerate until the steaks are ready.

Rinse the steaks thoroughly, and pat dry.

Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil over high heat in a cast iron skillet and add steaks. Splash with Moore's.

Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side at a time, until desired doneness.

Serve with Chimichurri.

¼ cup fresh lime juice
flank steak
fresh toppings of your choice
Instructions:

Mix ingredients in which to marinate flank steaks for at least 30 minutes.

Remove from marinade and grill or broil until desired doneness.

Slice steak thinly across grain; roll in warmed flour tortillas with chopped tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream.
