Veggie Bean Burger

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup yellow peppers, diced
1 cup zucchini, diced
1 egg
1 cup panko
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash garlic herb
1/2 cup Moore's Zesty Garden Herb Marinade
*Optional* 1 cup cooked quinoa, for more texture

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon Moore's Habanero Hot Sauce


1. Blend everything except black beans, zucchini and peppers in blender or food processor.
2. Put mixture in bowl.
3. Mix in black beans, peppers and zucchini.
4. Creat 4 oz. burger patties and cook over medium heat with coconut oil until browned on both sides.
**For more texture, you can also add 1 cup cooked quinoa.
5. Drizzle burgers with sauce.
