Ingredients
1 lb medium shimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 teaspoon Moore's Harissa Hot Sauce
3 gloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ripe avocado
12 soft taco shells
2 cups luttuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
4 oz sliced black olives
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, taco seasoning, Moore's hot sauce, garlic and 2 tablespoons lime juice; toss to coat, and let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
3. Add shrimp mixture, cook and stir 2-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink
4. Remove shrimp from skillet
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of lime juice over the shrimp
6. Place a layer of shredded lettuce and avocado on the soft taco shells
7. Spoon shrimp mixture on top of the lettuce and avocado
8. Add the rest of the toppings
9. Serve and ENJOY!
