Chicken Snow Pea Stir Fry

  • ½ cup Moore's Original Marinade
  • 6 chicken breast halves boneless, skinless
  • 5 green onions cut
  • 1 cup pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 large sweet red pepper cut into thin strips
  • ½ lb snow peas
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 package white rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Stir pineapple or orange juice, Moore's Marinade and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Stir fry chicken breast halves in olive oil until opaque and remove from skillet.
  3. Add green onion and sweet pepper.
  4. Add peas, which should be stir-fried until tender.
  5. Stir juice mixture, add to skillet with chicken and cook until hot and thickened.
  6. Serve over rice
