Ingredients

  • 1 burger patty
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • your favorite steak rub
  • slices of aged sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese
  • 1 brioche bun
  • Moore's Jalapeño hot sauce
  • toppings: mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, bacon, mustard

Instructions

  • Season burger patty with salt, pepper and your favorite steak rub
  • Smoke at 225 degrees
  • Cover with aged sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese
  • Nestle between a french brioche bun
  • Add mayo, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, bacon, mustard and Moore’s Jalapeno hot sauce
