Super Slider Recipes
They say variety is spice of life, so why commit to only one sandwich or burger at a party? Enter the slider. These fun-sized, mini sandwiches are not only cute and delicious, but they also make the perfect party appetizers because you can have more than one! Whether you’re hosting a football viewing party or a holiday soiree, a platter of sliders is sure to please your guests—kids and adults, alike!

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. Moore’s Original Marinade
¼ packet of French Onion Soup Mix
Slider buns or rolls

Desired toppings
Instructions:

Flatten out 1 lb. beef in oiled 9x13 pan until bottom of the pan is covered.

Splash meat with Moore’s Original Marinade and sprinkle ¼ packet of French Onion Soup Mix.

Bake at 375 degrees until cooked through, approx. 20 minutes.

Cut out burgers to fit the size of your slider bun. (approx. 12 mini burgers)

Serve on bun with desired toppings.
Ingredients:
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, sliced open
12 pieces of ham
12 pieces of Swiss cheese, cut to fit roll size
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 T. minced onion
1/2 T. yellow mustard
1 T. Moore's Original Marinade
1/2 T. poppy seeds
1 tsp. sugar
Instructions:

Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat.

To the melted butter add onion, mustard, Moore's, sugar and poppy seeds. Stir to mix.

Separate rolls and place the bottoms in a sprayed 9"X13" oven safe dish.

Brush butter mixture over the bottoms of the rolls.

Stuff each roll with a piece of ham and a piece of cheese.

Brush the tops of the rolls (inside and out) with the butter mixture.

At this point you can cover and refrigerate up to two days before baking.

To bake, cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Then uncover and bake for about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
Ingredients: 
2 pounds Ground Chicken
2 cups Moore's Honey BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Moore's Blue Cheese Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper, diced
1/2 cup Mushrooms, diced
1/4 cup Onion, diced
1 Tbsp. Thyme
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomatoes, diced
1/4 Cabbage, shredded
8 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 Package of Slider Rolls
Instructions:

Combine shredded cabbage with sun dried tomatoes, mayonnaise and pineapple juice in a medium bowl. Refrigerate to chill mixture.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, Moore's Blue Cheese Buffalo Wing Sauce, jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, onion, thyme, parsley and egg. Mix well.

Form balls with approx. 4 oz. of chicken mixture. (Size can vary upon preference). Place balls on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. (Approx. 30 minutes).

Open slider rolls and lightly toast.

After baking, dip each meatball in Moore's Honey BBQ Sauce.

Drain cabbage mixture and then place a small portion of the cabbage mixture on each bottom slider roll.

Top with chicken meatballs and drizzle Moore's Honey BBQ Sauce over before topping with slider bun.
Ingredients: 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup water
1 bottle Moore's Honey BBQ Sauce
Slider Buns
Instructions:

Pour water in bottom of slow cooker.

Place chicken breasts in and cover with 1/2 bottle of Moore's Honey BBQ Sauce.
-
Cook on low for 5 hours.
-
Remove lid and shred chicken breasts with a fork.
-
Add the remaining bottle of sauce and continue cooking for 30 more minutes.

Serve on slider buns.
