How to Make Moore’s #1 Burger
Making Moore’s #1 burger is all about great flavor, which starts with picking the right meat and ends with topping it off with the perfect flavorful fixings. However, based on your personal preferences, there are choices to make along the way. The beauty of the burger is that there are endless ways to customize the recipe to satisfy your flavor cravings. 
 
Follow these 4 steps to make a Moore’s-quality burger:  
 
  1. Start with grass-fed meat: We recommend sticking to the 80/20 rule (80% lean beef, 20% fat). Grass fed ground chuck or sirloin is the way to go. 
  2. Pack and marinate patties: Loosely hand pack burger patties ¾ inches thick for a tender, more evenly-cooked burger. Create indentions in the middle of the patties so the burgers don’t bulge. Douse the patties with Moore’s Original Marinade and salt and pepper on each side. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Marinate with Moore's Original Buffalo Sauce for a spicier burger!
  3. Toss them on the grill (or a cast-iron skillet): Cook the patties on the grill or a cast-iron skillet for best results. It’s all about the texture and your personal preferences. Avoid pressing down on the burgers while cooking because this causes the juices to run out. Ground beef needs to be cooked at an internal temperature of 160 degrees.  
  4. Add the finishing touches: For extra crispiness and texture, brown your bun on the grill. Last, but certainly not least, add your favorite toppings to finish it off. From classic toppings, like ketchup and mustard, to more exotic toppings, like hot sauce and avocado—there are plenty of fixings to choose from!
