Buffalo Chicken Chili and Other Dishes to Warm You Up at a Chilly Tailgate Unlike the fans rooting for a Southeastern Conference football team, fans of the Big 10 Conference teams aren’t going to be worrying about the heat. At their pre-game tailgate they’ll be trying to stay warm.

While you may have your own tricks to stay warm, some keeping you more sober than others, we think the best way to keep from being too chilly is to eat lots of hot food!

Moore’s Buffalo Wings
     1 cup Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce
     1 cup Wish-Bone Robusto Italian Salad Dressing
     1 pound frozen chicken wings, thawed
  1. Put both ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil for one minute.
  2. Pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Grill meat as usual.
Moore’s Buffalo Chicken Chili
    2 lb ground chicken
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 can black beans,drained and rinsed
    1 can chili beans, undrained
    2 8-oz cans or 1 16-oz cans of tomato sauce
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 cup Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    3 tbsp dried minced onion flakes
  1. Brown meat in a Dutch oven with olive oil over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink.
  2. Drain any fat. Return meat to Dutch oven.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and Fritos - if desired.

Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
     1 whole rotisserie chicken,  shredded
     1 16-oz package elbow macaroni
     1 cup panko bread crumbs
     1/4 cup melted butter

Cheese Sauce
     1 16-oz container of sour cream
     1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
     1 12-oz can evaporated milk
     1 16-oz bottle Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce
     1 1-oz package ranch dressing mix
     2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook elbow macaroni according to instructions on the package
  3. While it is cooking make cheese sauce

Cheese Sauce
  1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in sauce pan on medium-low heat, stir until smooth
  2. Add evaporated milk, Moore's Buffalo Wing Sauce,and ranch dressing mix, stir until smooth
  3. Mix in 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, leave it thick

Baking Mac and Cheese
  1. Combine chicken, noodles, and cheese sauce in a baking dish
  2. Top with panko bread crumbs and remaining cheddar cheese then, drizzle with butter
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and brown
